+Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt organization (501(c) 3) dedicated to sponsoring and encouraging educational activities, innovative research, and future workforce development to advance the commercial real estate industry and profession into the future.  In addition, the Foundation looks to initiate programs that will guide commercial real estate into the next decade, while seeking to enhance the public appreciation of real estate and its significance in society. The Foundation is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association International, the nation’s oldest and largest commercial real estate organization.
+North East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA)
The North East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) is the regional roofing contractors association covering the northeast part of the country including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Delaware.  We also host one of the largest regional trade show’s in the country.  Forms are available below for additional information on becoming a member!  If you need more information you can contact the association office!
+Better Business Bureau (BBB)
BBB Code of Business Practices represents standards for business accreditation by BBB. Businesses based in the United States and Canada that meet these standards and complete all application procedures will be accredited by BBB.  The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.  
+Company Association Institute (CAI)
Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities, provides education and resources to community association homeowner leaders, professional managers, association management companies and other businesses and professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
+Rental Housing Association (RHA)
The Rental Housing Association (RHA), an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, consists of over 525 members who own, manage, develop or supply goods and services to multi-family properties in Massachusetts. 
+The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is an international community of real estate managers across all property types dedicated to ethical business practices and maximizing the value of investment real estate. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®, IREM has been a trusted source for knowledge, advocacy and networking for the real estate management community for more than 77 years.
