Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt organization (501(c) 3) dedicated to sponsoring and encouraging educational activities, innovative research, and future workforce development to advance the commercial real estate industry and profession into the future. In addition, the Foundation looks to initiate programs that will guide commercial real estate into the next decade, while seeking to enhance the public appreciation of real estate and its significance in society. The Foundation is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association International, the nation’s oldest and largest commercial real estate organization.
North East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA)
The North East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) is the regional roofing contractors association covering the northeast part of the country including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Delaware. Better Business Bureau (BBB)

Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities, provides education and resources to community association homeowner leaders, professional managers, association management companies and other businesses and professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
Rental Housing Association (RHA)
The Rental Housing Association (RHA), an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, consists of over 525 members who own, manage, develop or supply goods and services to multi-family properties in Massachusetts.
