Our maintenance programs aim to keep roofs in good enough condition so that you can get the most our of what you have before needing a new roof.
While enrolled in our program we will annually or semi-annually depending on your needs inspect your roof for:
- Debris clogging drains, gutters, etc, that could lead to damage
- Metal with missing caulking
- Pitch pockets (Potential leaks)
- Signs of blistering
- Seam failures
We want to protect your roof before the underlayment and deck sustain damage which could lead to needing a new roof.
